Is Citizenship by Investment legal?

Yes. Each programme is created by law and run by the country’s own Citizenship by Investment Unit. Applications go through government-approved agents only.

Do I have to give up my current citizenship?

All five Caribbean countries allow dual citizenship. Most countries, including Nigeria, the UK and the US, also let you keep your existing nationality. We check your home country’s rules at the start.

Can my family be included?

Yes. Your spouse, dependent children and dependent parents in every programme, and unmarried siblings in some. Age limits vary by country.

Do I need to live there or attend an interview?

Most programmes have no residency requirement or interview. Antigua & Barbuda asks for a 5-day visit within the first five years.

How long does it take?

Typically 4 to 9 months depending on the country and how quickly your documents come together. St Kitts & Nevis is usually the fastest.
