Victoria is a visionary entrepreneur and the Founder of VTA Services and VTA Global, an integrated real estate and citizenship by investment firm.
She is also a Grenada Government CBI Accredited Marketing Agent, a role that reflects the level of trust placed in her to represent structured investor pathways with professionalism, accuracy, and discretion.
Through VTA Services & Associates, Victoria focuses on property acquisition, development, and property management. Her work spans Nigeria and key international markets, including the UAE, UK, USA, France, Asia, Europe, and the Americas, supporting clients in building and managing long-term real estate assets.
With a strong foundation in real estate investment and management, Victoria works closely with high-net-worth individuals, private investors, developers, and asset owners to deliver structured property solutions that prioritise value preservation, growth, and operational efficiency. She is known for clear execution, strong partner networks, and a practical approach grounded in market knowledge.
Alongside her core real estate business, Victoria leads VTA Global Services, a platform supporting individuals and families seeking residency and citizenship opportunities through compliant investment programmes. This work complements her real estate focus, enabling clients to align property ownership with broader mobility and long-term planning goals.
