Citizenship by Investment, explained in ten minutes.

What it is, why people do it, how the process runs, and every document you'll need, all on one page.

01 · What is CBI

Citizenship, granted for investing in a nation's economy

Citizenship by Investment is a legal programme, created by a country's own laws, that grants full citizenship to people who make an approved economic contribution.

The money funds national development: infrastructure, housing, health and recovery from natural disasters. In return, you and your family receive citizenship for life, which passes to your children.

Route A
Government fund contribution

A one-time, non-refundable payment to a national development fund. The simplest and usually cheapest route, from $200,000.

Route B
Approved real estate

Buy into a government-approved development, such as a hotel or resort. You own an asset you can sell after the holding period, from $200,000.
